The Sales Project Manager plays a key role in managing and executing high-volume, multi-location projects.
This role is responsible for coordinating vendor and client communications, overseeing timelines, and ensuring
operational excellence from planning through completion.
This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Essential Functions
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and vendors, ensuring seamless project execution
- Source and vet vendors, obtain quotes, verify pricing, and negotiate rates within guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and timely data input across multiple platforms
- Monitor project milestones and adjust timelines as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, sales, finance, and logistics

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not supervise staff but works closely with internal teams and external vendors.
Work Environment
- Primarily indoor/office setting
- Frequent interaction with clients via phone or in person
- May work in shared office spaces
- Standard 40-hour workweek; additional hours may be required
Physical Demands
- Office-based work environment
- Occasional lifting (generally less than 10 lbs)
Required Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and digital)
- Detail-oriented with financial accuracy (invoices, pricing)
- Reliable with strong follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with large-scale, multi-site projects
- Ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Travel
Occasional travel to job sites and conferences may be required.
