Direct Hire $26 per hour Plus Overtime
The Analyst – Logistics and Inventory supports the warehouse and distribution tasks,
overseeing proper procedures and controls to maximize warehouse efficiency, supporting on
time preparation of inventory to satisfy scheduled deliveries and pickups for daily orders.
Position Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Reviews, manages and assigns all new orders added into the system.
- Assigns Crew Leaders and crew members to each job.
- Communicates with client one day prior to event, confirms all items ordered and provides a
window of arrival time. - Partners with the operations team to determine the transportation equipment needed.
- Creates truck route itineraries that are forwarded to drivers.
- Communicates with field managers and sales managers on a daily basis.
- Manages and reviews equipment and inventory levels, making the determination for any sub
rental needs. - Adjusts inventory based on input from field managers regarding damaged, destroyed or missing
equipment. - Creates and receives new equipment purchase orders in the system.
- Works with warehouse operations team to ensure accurate count of new purchase orders.

Work environment:
- Works mostly in indoor environments.
- Occasionally works outdoors, in weather conditions such as heat, cold, sun or rain.
- Often uses safety attire and equipment such as vests, masks, gloves, etc.
- May work in close proximity to other people, such as when sharing or entering office space.
- May be exposed to loud or distracting sounds or noise levels.
- Hours worked/scheduled generally more than 40 hours per week; additional hours may be
required or scheduled as needed. - Work may be across seven (7) days a week based on event; on-call availability may also be
required when events are booked at a moment’s notice.
Educational, Technical and Computer Skills:
- Rental software or warehouse management system knowledge and experience.
- Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel knowledge and experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Warehouse, delivery, or routing management experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Technical ability; experience with computers and software knowledge.
- Point of Rental software experience is a plus.
- Bi-lingual/ability to speak Spanish.
Physical demands:
- Must be able to lift approximately 20-40 lbs. consistently; up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
- Works in close proximity to people, such as in sharing office space.
- May be exposed to loud or distracting sounds or noise levels. Travel required:
