Direct Hire $26 per hour Plus Overtime

The Analyst – Logistics and Inventory supports the warehouse and distribution tasks,
overseeing proper procedures and controls to maximize warehouse efficiency, supporting on
time preparation of inventory to satisfy scheduled deliveries and pickups for daily orders.

Position Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Reviews, manages and assigns all new orders added into the system.
• Assigns Crew Leaders and crew members to each job.
• Communicates with client one day prior to event, confirms all items ordered and provides a
  window of arrival time.
• Partners with the operations team to determine the transportation equipment needed.
• Creates truck route itineraries that are forwarded to drivers.
• Communicates with field managers and sales managers on a daily basis.
• Manages and reviews equipment and inventory levels, making the determination for any sub
  rental needs.
• Adjusts inventory based on input from field managers regarding damaged, destroyed or missing
  equipment.
• Creates and receives new equipment purchase orders in the system.
• Works with warehouse operations team to ensure accurate count of new purchase orders.

Educational, Technical and Computer Skills:

• Rental software or warehouse management system knowledge and experience.
• Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel knowledge and experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Warehouse, delivery, or routing management experience.

Preferred Experience:

• Technical ability; experience with computers and software knowledge.
• Point of Rental software experience is a plus.
• Bi-lingual/ability to speak Spanish.

Physical demands:

• Must be able to lift approximately 20-40 lbs. consistently; up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Works in close proximity to people, such as in sharing office space.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive printing estimates for both government and private sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates for printing projects, tailored to the specific requirements of each client.

Responsibilities:

Provides consecutive and/or simultaneous language interpretation for limited English proficient (LEP) patients and families whose primary language is not English, as it relates to medical care. Provides sight- translation of relevant materials to enhance patients’ and families’ comprehension of medical procedures, treatment, discharge instructions, patient and family education, and follow-up care within the interpretation encounter. Is also responsible for the written translation of hospital documents such as medical record forms and patient education materials from English into target language as assigned by supervisor.

Hours: 40 hrs/week

Schedule Varies. Will be one of the following shifts daily: 7-3:30, 8-4:30, 9-5:30 or 10-6:30

Weekend needs: every other weekend coverage

Qualifications:

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare, medical setting, customer service, advocacy, or related field, one of which must have been dedicated to medical interpretation.
3. Certificate from a Medical Interpretation Program provided by a College, University OR one of the following:
   • ALTA Language Services
   • Bridging the Gap
   • Language Line Academy confirming successful completion of forty (40) to sixty (60) hours of Medical Interpreter Training
   • Certification as a Certified Medical Interpreter (CMI) through the National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters (NBCMI)
   • Certification Commission for Healthcare Interpreters (CCHI)
4. Successful completion of the Interpreter Skills Test (IST) with passing score as administered by Hospital to verify demonstration of the advanced skills necessary for Medical Interpretation.
5. Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
6. General computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.

Temp to Hire

Read and understand information from electro-mechanical prints.

· Assist the senior PWTs in gathering and bringing to the production line the electrical and mechanical components required for the build against bill of material.

· Mount (setup) panels for wiring.

· Remove all temporary markings prior to assembly.

· Assemble components per manufacturers spec. and instructions from PWTs

· Mount components to equipment following engineering blueprints and manufacturer instructions.

· Assist the senior PWTs to perform low complexity wiring tasks.

· Move panels around the workspace, un-pack and re-pack panels.

Professional and Technical Requirements

· High school diploma.

· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Windows) to operate tagging machines and operating systems.

· Basic voltage meter knowledge for testing circuitry.

Troubleshoot basic equipment assembly wiring.

· Community college or technical college degree as electrical technician or similar.

· Physical work is required. Capable of lifting 50 pounds at a time and moving with no limitations.

· Basic knowledge of Productivity software (EXCEL, Word, etc.).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
