• Provide support for users and IT Systems (non SAP) as a member of the IT Service Desk and Onsite Support team.
• Ensure the operation of IT (hardware and software) in the supervised location(s) (problem analysis, troubleshooting and solving) according to the centrally defined standards.
• Ensure the implementation of the centrally defined information security standards in cooperation with the IT security officer.
• Plan and realize IT projects related to group standards at the supervised location(s).
• Implement user rights and authorizations.

Skills & Competencies

• Economic or technological apprenticeship alternatively additional specialist qualification in the field of activity.
• About 3-6 years of work experience in an industrial company (preferably) within the automotive sector as well as in an international operating company.
• Analytical, structured and solution oriented working style.
• Hardware and Software troubleshooting skills on and advanced and independent level.
• Familiar with any ticket system, and IT processes in general (i.e ITIL 4).
• Handling and application of project management standards.
• Local language: B1 – B2 = advanced – independent usage of language; able to communicate spontaneously and fluently.

Additional Information

• Manage IT Budgets at supervised location(s) in cooperation with the Head of IT Infrastructure and local Plant Manager(s).

Salary: $150,000 annually

Description Of Main Tasks

• Strategic orientation of the plant, including intermediate and short term optimization and efficiency increase.
• Leadership including the functional and personal development of the plant’s team (oversee key hiring and talent development programs, communicate strategy and results to the unit’s employees).
• Management of the plant’s performance by using KPI’s including identification, implementation and monitoring of correcting actions.
• Assuring a smooth product manufacturing and implementation of client requirements related to time/quality/cost.
• Responsibility for the adherence of legal, regulatory or company related guidelines within the plant.
• Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
• Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
• Engage with supporting functions of the Group on daily and long term aspects.
• Actively support the acquisition and ensure that the factory has a high utilization rate on all existing machinery for securing a sustainable profitability.

Additional Tasks

• Acting within the legal framework as General Manager.
• The General Manager represents his legal entity. All authorizations of him become binding for the legal entity. Therefore the General Manger has to know thereserved matters and the compliance rules of the company.

Skills & Competencies

• Graduation in Business Management or Engineering.
• More than 7 years of work experience in an industrial company within the automotive sector.
• About 3-6 years professional experience in an international environment.
• Several years of management experience as a manager of complex teams.
• Profound experience in conducting workshops including the usage of moderation-tools (agenda, time management,…), sturdy rhetorical presentation skills.
• Proactive personality and problem solving manner.
• Knowledge in SAP and MS Office are advanced, independent user skills.
• English language on B1-B2 level (person is able to express himself/herself spontaneously and precisely).

Key Requirements:

• Assist in overseeing daily production activities within the Corn department

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery
• Diagnose and repair motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, and control systems
• Install and upgrade electrical components and wiring according to safety standards
• Maintain and repair conveyor systems and production line equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Document maintenance work and repairs accurately
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed to support operations
• Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout and electrical safety standards
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong electrical experience (PLC troubleshooting/programming preferred)
• Solid mechanical skills including assembly and repair of industrial equipment
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems highly preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot complex industrial systems efficiently
• Familiarity with industrial tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance practices
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures including NFPA 70E and lockout/tagout

Preferred Experience

• Experience with PLC systems such as Allen-Bradley or Siemens
