ATL Search Group is seeking an energetic and experienced Bilingual English/Spanish Onsite Recruiter to support recruiting and workforce operations directly at a client location in Norcross, GA.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and operating in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will serve as the primary connection between ATL Search Group, our client, and our temporary employees.
The position requires flexible working hours based on the client’s production schedules, employee needs, hiring events, and business demands.

Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Onsite Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting qualified candidates and supporting the day-to-day needs of our temporary workforce at the assigned client location.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing full-cycle recruiting for light industrial, warehouse, production, and other assigned positions
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, resume databases, community partnerships, and recruiting events
- Creating and posting job openings across multiple platforms
- Interviewing, screening, and evaluating bilingual candidates
- Coordinating pre-employment requirements, orientation, onboarding, and start dates
- Confirming employee attendance and helping ensure proper shift coverage
- Maintaining regular communication with temporary employees and client supervisors
- Serving as the primary onsite liaison among ATL Search Group, the client, and assigned employees
- Monitoring employee attendance, performance, satisfaction, and retention
- Coaching employees regarding workplace expectations, attendance, safety, and performance
- Addressing employee and client concerns promptly and professionally
- Assisting with call-outs, replacements, schedule changes, and urgent staffing needs
- Maintaining accurate employee, recruiting, attendance, and onboarding records
- Preparing and sharing workforce updates and reports as required
- Supporting safety procedures and client workplace policies
- Attending job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting activities as needed
- Traveling to ATL Search Group’s office or other client locations when required
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experienced in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or workforce coordination
- Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar environment
- Flexible and available to support different shifts when business needs require it
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Skilled at building positive relationships with employees and client leadership
- Confident handling employee concerns and resolving workplace issues
- Resourceful, dependable, and solution-oriented
- Passionate about helping people succeed
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Interested in professional development and future leadership opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of recruiting, staffing, human resources, or onsite workforce experience preferred
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish required
- Strong recruiting, interviewing, communication, and customer-service skills
- Experience supporting light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or production employees preferred
- Experience using job boards, social media, and candidate-sourcing tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain confidential employee and client information
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to travel locally to recruiting events, client locations, and the ATL Search Group office
Schedule
This is an onsite position with flexible working hours.
The schedule may vary based on client operations, production schedules, employee start times, hiring needs, and special events. The selected candidate must be available to work:
- Early mornings, daytime hours, or later shifts as needed as client has 3 shifts
- Occasional evenings and weekends
- Additional hours during high-volume hiring periods or urgent staffing situations
- At the assigned client location for scheduled working hours
Advance notice will be provided whenever possible when schedule adjustments are required.
