Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Clerk to support daily production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate production records, monitoring workflow, coordinating materials, and providing administrative and system support to the production team. The ideal candidate is organized, bilingual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities

Production Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain and update production logs, work orders, and daily production reports
  • Enter and verify production data in ERP and inventory management systems (Deacom preferred)
  • Track and organize completed paperwork from Production Supervisors
  • Monitor and report daily waste and downtime
  • Assist Production Supervisors on the production floor as needed

Workflow & Communication Support

  • Communicate production changes to supervisors, team leads, and cross-functional departments
  • Coordinate workflow between production, quality control, and shipping teams
  • Ensure paperwork and labeling follow products through all production stages
  • Support supervisors with ERP system use, inventory tracking, and troubleshooting
Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with data entry and/or production or warehouse environments
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, ERP systems)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Preferred

  • Manufacturing background
  • Experience with Deacom, SAP, or similar ERP systems
  • Ability to operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment

Project Engineer – Wastewater Conveyor Systems

Pay: $90,000 per year


Position Overview

We are hiring a Project Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in wastewater systems, industrial conveyors, or solids handling equipment who is ready to take full ownership of projects from design through commissioning. This role is for someone who wants more than drafting support work. You will manage real projects, solve real problems, and work directly with customers, fabrication teams, and field crews to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret customer specifications and translate them into engineering drawings, layouts, and deliverables.

  • Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
  • Review and approve shop drawings and vendor submittals.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, installation, and commissioning teams.

  • Manage documentation and ensure compliance with wastewater and industrial standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in wastewater systems, industrial conveyors, or material handling equipment.
  • Experience with design, fabrication, and commissioning processes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar CAD platforms.
  • Knowledge of motor/drive sizing and material handling system design.
  • Strong project coordination and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel 10–30% as required.
