Field Compliance Coordinator-Sandy Springs-Direct Hire

We are hiring for 2 roles. One bilingual English/Spanish. Pay is $20-$32 per hour based on experience plus monthly bonus structure. The Field Compliance Supervisor coordinates and provides guidance to the Service Technicians assigned to their area. Facilitates team efforts to deliver service on customer premises. Ensures accurate, timely, and consistent provision of scheduled cleaning and other services. Inspects and/or coordinates service delivery for correct operation and resolves noted issues and/or escalates according to established procedure. Ensures all service and related support activity is coordinated according to contracted customer agreements and is delivered in a manner that enhances customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides day-to-day, frontline supervision of Team Leads and Service Technicians across an assigned territory.
  • Ensures team provides timely and effective support.
  • Resolves staff inquiries and complex customer issues.
  • Maintains quality standards for Field Service operations.
  • Ensures inventory is maintained at appropriate levels.
  • Identify reactive work order opportunities for assigned territory
  • Pinpoint opportunities for department-wide improvement and communicate with management to propose changes as appropriate.
  • Communicates, implements and supports process change initiatives as directed by management.
  • Manages team projects as assigned.
  • Provides administrative support as required.
  • Acts as a key escalation point for team technical and process issues and oversees ongoing problem resolution.
  • Works with Project Manager and Compliance Supervisor to allocate assignments, establish work priorities and monitor performance.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, contracted customer agreements and established Scope of Work.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Prepares daily and weekly reports – regarding all locations in assigned territory.
  • Coordinates requests, scheduling, assigning and closing out of all reactive work orders for assigned area
  • Ensures locations have clean and organized Janitorial Closets
  • Coordinates work order requests and organizational needs for assigned territory
  • Ensures all locations in assigned territory receives a site visit in the time frame agreed upon with management
  • Serves as a liaison between management and technicians
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Work Environment

Work is generally performed in a combination of field and office work. No special coordination beyond that used for normal mobility and handling of everyday objects and materials is needed to perform the job satisfactorily.  Position involves local travel and occasional evening or weekend work. The person hired for the position will be responsible for providing transportation unless another arrangement is needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Training and experience equivalent to a high school diploma or GED® and five years of responsible administrative support experience. College or business school training may be substituted for up to two years of the experience requirement.

Bilingual Preferred but not required.

Associate Contract & Proposal Writer-Alpharetta, GA

This is a direct hire role for our client in Alpharetta, GA. Paying $50K to $60K per year.
As an Associate Contract & Proposal Writer, you create and prepare proposals in response to requests for
proposals (RFPs) and information (RFIs). The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, experience in
proposal preparation and will be highly collaborative. An Associate Contract & Proposal Writer works to
understand the needs of our clients, the business value proposition, and proposal requirements to write compelling
content the demonstrates company’s abilities, service offerings, and value to our customers that is clear, logical, and
easy to understand.
Essential Functions:

  • Manage, drive and lead the proposal process, from receipt of solicitation through submission and follow-up,
    identifying and addressing potential barriers to completion.
  • Manage project schedule, timelines, and milestones from initiation to delivery to meet solicitation requirements.
  • Primary point of contact from receipt of request to signature of contract.
  • Prepare and modify proposal text, costs, forms, and cover letters based on feedback from the company’s team.
  • Research and track opportunities.
  • Analyze solicitation documents for submittal requirements; maintain strict adherence to those requirements.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear and easy to understand content.
  • Manage and maintain proposal-related content, maintaining library of content to reflect ongoing service

    Requirements:

  • Ability to successfully manage and deliver multiple competing priorities for demanding internal and external
    stakeholders.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, Journalism, or English is preferred.
  • Execution of accurate, proofed proposal content for messaging and compliance.

Position Summary

This is a Temp to Hire Role. Pay is based on experience. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electronic Technician to support our client maintenance and production teams. This position is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment and control systems used in our tortilla production processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production line electronics, sensors, PLCs, and automated control systems.
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctioning electronic components, including circuit boards, wiring, and power systems.
  • Calibrate equipment to ensure compliance with safety and food quality standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery or upgrades.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance and production teams to ensure minimal downtime.

Qualifications

The Supervisor – General Warehouse role supports the warehouse and distribution tasks, supervising employees and staff to maximize warehouse efficiency, supporting on-time preparation of inventory to satisfy scheduled deliveries and pickups for daily orders.

Position Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Supports leadership and provides direction to team members daily.
  • Supervises and participates in loading/offloading the trucks.

  • Work may be across seven (7) days a week based on event; on-call availability may also be required when events are booked at a moment’s notice.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Two years of supervisory experience in warehouse or delivery roles.
  • Position will involve driving trucks; must be able to provide a valid Driver’s License and a clean DMV record without major infractions (DUI’s, suspensions, etc.)  
  • Able to pass a background check, DOT pre-employment physical and a pre-employment drug test.

Preferred Experience:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Technical ability; experience with Computers and software knowledge.
  • Rental software or Warehouse management system knowledge and experience.
  • Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel knowledge and experience.
  • Construction or other outdoor field work experience.
  • Three months tent installation experience.

Physical demands:

Our Client, one of the best Hospital in Georgia is seeking for Certified Medical Translators who speak English/Spanish>

Responsibilities:

Provides consecutive and/or simultaneous language interpretation for limited English proficient (LEP) patients and families whose primary language is not English, as it relates to medical care. Provides sight- translation of relevant materials to enhance patients’ and families’ comprehension of medical procedures, treatment, discharge instructions, patient and family education, and follow-up care within the interpretation encounter. Is also responsible for the written translation of hospital documents such as medical record forms and patient education materials from English into target language as assigned by supervisor.

Hours: 40 hrs/week

Schedule Varies. Will be one of the following shifts daily: 7-3:30, 8-4:30, 9-5:30 or 10-6:30

Weekend needs: every other weekend coverage

Qualifications:

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare, medical setting, customer service, advocacy, or related field, one of which must have been dedicated to medical interpretation.

    • Certification Commission for Healthcare Interpreters (CCHI)
  4. Successful completion of the Interpreter Skills Test (IST) with passing score as administered by Hospital to verify demonstration of the advanced skills necessary for Medical Interpretation.
  5. Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  6. General computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
