Role Description
The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales and revenue targets. Responsibilities also include managing the talent acquisition process by aligning client needs with qualified candidates and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, preparation of sales strategies, and providing recommendations to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of outside sales required.
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, or B2B sales is a plus.
- Sales and Business Development skills, including prospecting, client engagement, and meeting revenue goals.
- Communication and Interpersonal skills, with emphasis on relationship-building and negotiation.
- Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple accounts and projects effectively.
- Basic understanding of Staffing, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and an ability to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
Salary: $35,000.00 to $80 000.00 First year!!!
