• Responsibilities of the position
• Processing purchase order invoices
• Reconciling purchase orders to receipts
• Processing vendor expense invoices
• Ensuring vendor credits received in a timely manner
• Aging payables to identify and resolve outstanding PO receipts and payables
• Assisting Director of Finance in month-end close
• Reconciling vendor invoices to ensure timely payment
• Maintain vendor database
• Keeps Supervisor informed on issues or immediate needs that may impact the department

• Academic & trade qualifications
• High School Graduate/Equivalent. Some college preferred.
• Previous hands on experience with Accounts Payable processing, minimum of 2 years
• Exposure to working with and keying data into an AP system
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation skills.

Essential Functions:

• Loads, transports, unloads, and delivers items to clients and events in a safe, timely manner.
• Adheres to assigned routes and follows time schedules.
• Abides by all transportation laws and maintains a safe driving record.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technician to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and a solid understanding of financial processes. This role is essential in supporting our operations through effective demand planning, inventory control, and revenue management. The Quoting Technician prepares quotations based on customer blueprints and/or samples using client’s established procedures. The Quoting Technician also creates bill of material, routing information and is responsible for final sample part approvals. Pay $21-22, Full Benefits. Position Summary

This is a Temp to Hire Role. Pay is based on experience. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electronic Technician to support our client maintenance and production teams. This position is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment and control systems used in our tortilla production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production line electronics, sensors, PLCs, and automated control systems.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning electronic components, including circuit boards, wiring, and power systems.
• Calibrate equipment to ensure compliance with safety and food quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery or upgrades.
• Collaborate with the maintenance and production teams to ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and part replacements.
• Comply with all safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in electronics, industrial automation, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Our Client a Tortilla Manufacturing is seeking for 40 Workers for the following shifts:

1st Shift 6am-2pm Pay $15.00 per hour

2nd Shift 2pm-10pm $15.50 per hour

3rd Shift 10pm-6am $16.00 per hour

12 hour shift

5am-5pm or 5pm to 5am Pay $16.00
