What You’ll Do:

  • Drive new business through outside sales, cold calling, networking, and lead generation
  • Build strong client relationships and become a trusted staffing advisor
  • Partner with decision-makers to provide customized staffing solutions
  • Execute marketing campaigns (sales calls, emails, events, and presentations)
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing

Account Payable Specialist-Woodstock-Temp to Hire/Part- time $22.00 per hour

  • Responsibilities of the position
  • Processing purchase order invoices
  • Reconciling purchase orders to receipts
  • Processing vendor expense invoices
  • Ensuring vendor credits received in a timely manner
  • Aging payables to identify and resolve outstanding PO receipts and payables
  • Assisting Director of Finance in month-end close
  • Reconciling vendor invoices to ensure timely payment
  • Maintain vendor database
  • Keeps Supervisor informed on issues or immediate needs that may impact the department
  • Based on business needs, other duties and tasks as assigned
  • Academic & trade qualifications
  • High School Graduate/Equivalent. Some college preferred.
  • Previous hands on experience with Accounts Payable processing, minimum of 2 years
  • Exposure to working with and keying data into an AP system
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Works well independently and in a team environment, with limited supervision.
  • Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced changing environment, organize and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines
  • Detail oriented; strong analytical skills.
  • Flexible with regards to work schedule (some evenings, weekends and/or holidays may be required).
  • Self-motivated with strong drive and initiative
  • Manufacturing Experience strongly preferred
  • 4th Shift Production, MRP, SAP, or JDE software experience strongly preferred
  • General office duties, working in a manufacturing environment where temperatures may vary and noises are moderate to loud

Bilingual English/Spanish CDL Driver

Our client located in Norcross is seeking for several CDL experience Drivers, Class A. This is a full-time role with great benefits. Pay is starting at $25.00 per hour, plus OT

Essential Functions:

  • Loads, transports, unloads, and delivers items to clients and events in a safe, timely manner.
  • Adheres to assigned routes and follows time schedules.
  • Abides by all transportation laws and maintains a safe driving record.
  • Delivers, sets up and takes down tents, tables, chairs, and other miscellaneous rental equipment.
  • Operates equipment and machines, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
  • Prepares forms, check-off lists and other documents relating to deliveries.
  • Works in outdoor environment under varying weather conditions.
  • Performs warehouse duties (pull and return equipment to its assigned locations)
  • Cleans and maintains rental equipment.
  • Perform vehicle inspections- Pre and Post trips Competencies:
  • Positive team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Receive and execute instructions from field managers and supervisors.

  • Special licenses may be required to operate certain vehicles.
  • Must be able to lift approximately 20-40 lbs. consistently; up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
  • Must be available to work seven (7) days a week.
  • Starting times will vary.
  • Out of State travel with 1 or multiple overnight stays. Preferred Experience:
  • Valid Class A license

  • Construction or other outdoor field work experience.
  • Three months of tent installation experience.

Quoting Tech, Temp to Hire-Woodstock

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technician to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and a solid understanding of financial processes. This role is essential in supporting our operations through effective demand planning, inventory control, and revenue management. If you have a passion for data-driven decision-making and possess the necessary technical skills, we encourage you to apply. The Quoting Technician prepares quotations based on customer blueprints and/or samples using client’s established procedures. The Quoting Technician also creates bill of material, routing information and is responsible for final sample part approvals. Pay $21-22, Full Benefits. Work Schedule: M-Th 7 am-4:30 pm/Friday 7am-11am

Prepare the Bill of Material for production flow and continuously update material and labor time.

Prepare Detailed Assembly Instructions for use in the production process.

Inspect and approve all sample parts from the production floor.

Requirements

2 year associates degree or applicable industry experience

Knowledge and ability to read and create blueprints

Electronic Tech-Fulton Industrial

Position Summary

This is a Temp to Hire Role. Pay is based on experience. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electronic Technician to support our client maintenance and production teams. This position is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment and control systems used in our tortilla production processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production line electronics, sensors, PLCs, and automated control systems.
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctioning electronic components, including circuit boards, wiring, and power systems.
  • Calibrate equipment to ensure compliance with safety and food quality standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery or upgrades.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance and production teams to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and part replacements.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in electronics, industrial automation, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency with PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

12 hour shift

5am-5pm or 5pm to 5am Pay $16.00
