Position Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish) who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth office operations, maintaining strong client communication, and supporting administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have excellent multitasking and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and manage front desk operations (in person, phone, and email) in English and Spanish
  • Translate documents, emails, and conversations between clients and staff
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments and manage office calendars
  • Assist with preparation and filing of tax, payroll, and accounting documents
  • Maintain and organize confidential client records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail and electronic)
  • Support billing, invoicing, and payment follow-up
  • Assist with client onboarding by collecting documents and providing instructions
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Provide administrative support to accountants, payroll specialists, and management

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Previous administrative assistant or related experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment

HR Manager-Bilingual-Norcross

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual English/Spanish Human Resources Manager to lead our client HR department. This is Direct Hire Role with excellent benefits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of employment and labor laws, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with senior leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Pay $75K-85K based on experience.

Requirements:

· HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is strongly preferred

· Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a management capacity

· Strong knowledge of US labor laws, HRIS systems, and HR analytics tools

Bilingual Customer Service-Atlanta

Our client located a Manufacturing Company in the Fulton industrial area is seeking for a Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Rep. This is a Temp to Hire role.

MUST be Bilingual: English/Spanish!!!

Responsibilities include:

Assisting customers with emailed orders
Ensuring orders are processed and accurately reported for production
Scheduling Appointments
Assisting Sales Personnel with product information
Handling complaints and forwarding to correct personnel / following up through approval for crediting if needed.
Billing orders shipped out
Assisting Shipping/Production Departments with needed paperwork
Complete order reporting through Excel to provide to management

TEMP TO HIRE

Bilingual English/Spanish CDL Driver

Our client located in Norcross is seeking for several CDL experience Drivers, Class A. This is a full-time role with great benefits. Pay is starting at $25.00 per hour, plus OT

Essential Functions:

  • Loads, transports, unloads, and delivers items to clients and events in a safe, timely manner.
  • Adheres to assigned routes and follows time schedules.
  • Abides by all transportation laws and maintains a safe driving record.
  • Delivers, sets up and takes down tents, tables, chairs, and other miscellaneous rental equipment.
  • Operates equipment and machines, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
  • Prepares forms, check-off lists and other documents relating to deliveries.
  • Works in outdoor environment under varying weather conditions.
  • Performs warehouse duties (pull and return equipment to its assigned locations)
  • Cleans and maintains rental equipment.
  • Perform vehicle inspections- Pre and Post trips Competencies:
  • Positive team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Receive and execute instructions from field managers and supervisors.
  • Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
  • Strong time management and customer service skills.
  • Reliable and dependable.

  • Special licenses may be required to operate certain vehicles.
  • Must be able to lift approximately 20-40 lbs. consistently; up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
  • Must be available to work seven (7) days a week.
  • Starting times will vary.
  • Out of State travel with 1 or multiple overnight stays. Preferred Experience:
  • Valid Class A license
  • Previous route or delivery driver experience.
  • Construction or other outdoor field work experience.
  • Three months of tent installation experience.
