This is a hands-on role for an engineer who can support new product launches, optimize manufacturing processes, troubleshoot complex production issues, and drive continuous improvement on the plant floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are especially interested in candidates with strong experience in one or more of the following manufacturing processes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Thermoforming<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Box foaming<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Injection molding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support the industrialization and launch of new products, processes, and tooling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate tooling trials, tool launches, and production start-up activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimize tools, equipment, manufacturing processes, and product designs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interpret product calculations, technical specifications, and process requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct root-cause analysis related to process, material, tooling, and product failures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve process stability, production efficiency, quality, and waste reduction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in tooling reviews, trials, and acceptance processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure manufacturing processes meet customer-specific and quality requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support workplace design, production layouts, and operational improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer technical knowledge related to products, materials, processes, and tooling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations, maintenance, and project teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support customer projects and resolve production-related concerns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate project documentation, process records, and reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Technical degree, vocational training, or equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, tooling, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Three to six years of engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with thermoforming, box foaming, injection molding, or related manufacturing processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, tooling, and production equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience supporting new product launches and process improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent project management and organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced SAP skills preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with international or cross-functional teams is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively in English in a professional manufacturing environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ideal Candidate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, cost-conscious, and comfortable working directly on the production floor.
