Position Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ATL Search Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator<\/strong> for a full-time, in-person opportunity in Norcross, Georgia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide day-to-day operational support across human resources, recruiting, payroll administration, onboarding, employee records, and HR systems<\/strong>. This position is ideal for an HR professional who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and experienced supporting employees in manufacturing, construction, staffing, or industrial operations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The successful candidate must have experience with full-cycle recruiting and payroll processing<\/strong>, strong bilingual communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Recruiting & Hiring<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Manage and support full-cycle recruiting<\/strong> for multiple positions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Post job openings across appropriate job boards and recruiting platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Source and screen qualified candidates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Participate in external recruiting activities, including job fairs and hiring events<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding and related documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Payroll Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Support and process accurate and timely weekly and biweekly payroll<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Work with payroll for exempt, non-exempt, contract, and temporary employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Review payroll information for accuracy and assist in resolving discrepancies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Respond to employee questions regarding payroll and related processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Human Resources Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Maintain accurate and confidential digital and physical personnel records<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Update employee information, status changes, and other HR records within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Assist employees and applicants with questions related to company policies, benefits, payroll, hiring, and HR procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Support general HR programs and daily departmental operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Maintain confidentiality of employee, payroll, and organizational information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Candidates must meet the following primary requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • Minimum of 3 years of experience<\/strong> in human resources, staffing, payroll administration, recruiting, or a closely related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Previous HR experience within a manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Hands-on experience with payroll processing and administration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Fluent in English and Spanish \u2014 required.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Proficiency with HRIS platforms<\/strong>, preferably Isolved and\/or Thread<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Proficiency with Microsoft Office<\/strong>, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Ability to commute reliably to Norcross, GA 30071<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Ability to work full-time and in person<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
