The Maintenance Manager will lead the maintenance team, oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, respond to equipment breakdowns, manage departmental resources, and implement continuous improvement initiatives designed to reduce downtime and maximize production capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ideal candidate will be a strong technical leader with direct, hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Candidates must have previous experience working in manufacturing plants. Experience within automotive manufacturing is preferred but not required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a demanding plant leadership position that requires flexibility beyond a traditional Monday-through-Friday schedule. The selected candidate must be available to work overtime, off-shift hours, evenings, and weekends based on production and maintenance needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead and manage all maintenance operations for production machinery, manufacturing equipment, and facility systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide hands-on technical support involving mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diagnose complex equipment failures and assist maintenance technicians with troubleshooting and repairs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure maximum availability, reliability, and technical performance of production equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop, schedule, execute, and document preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the facility\u2019s Total Productive Maintenance, or TPM, program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish maintenance priorities based on production schedules, equipment conditions, safety requirements, and operational needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate emergency repairs and respond promptly to unexpected equipment breakdowns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop contingency plans for critical machinery and equipment shortages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the inventory and availability of critical spare parts, replacement components, tools, and maintenance materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor equipment performance, downtime, repair history, maintenance costs, and other key performance indicators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify recurring equipment problems and implement permanent corrective actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead root-cause analysis activities related to equipment failures and production interruptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support continuous improvement, equipment upgrades, installations, and plant expansion projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in cross-functional projects involving production, engineering, quality, safety, and operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all maintenance work complies with applicable safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, equipment history, and departmental performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the maintenance department\u2019s budget and cost center.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control labor, materials, contractors, spare parts, and maintenance-related expenses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote the efficient and economical use of plant resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent the maintenance department during plant meetings, audits, inspections, and operational reviews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain availability for overtime, emergency calls, off-shift coverage, and weekend work when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leadership Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide direct functional and disciplinary leadership to maintenance technicians and assigned personnel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan departmental staffing, schedules, work assignments, and maintenance priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish clear performance expectations and hold employees accountable for safety, quality, attendance, productivity, and work completion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Train, coach, mentor, evaluate, and develop maintenance team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster a culture of safety, urgency, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead maintenance meetings, technical workshops, shift handoffs, and performance reviews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate effectively with production supervisors and plant leadership to minimize operational disruptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate clearly with employees, contractors, vendors, engineers, and senior management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize multiple maintenance priorities while maintaining accurate documentation and follow-through.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>More than seven years of maintenance or technical experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience working in manufacturing plants is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Several years of maintenance leadership or management experience, preferably overseeing complex technical teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and employee-development skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated hands-on experience with mechanical systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated hands-on experience with pneumatic systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience responding to emergency breakdowns and supporting high-volume production operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience
