This position is ideal for an organized professional with strong analytical skills who enjoys working with financial data, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer accounts are managed efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer credits, researching payment discrepancies, preparing financial reports, and supporting the company&#8217;s Accounts Receivable operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Process customer credits accurately within the accounting system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze customer accounts to identify payment misapplications and process necessary corrections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and calculate broker commission reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate and maintain Accounts Receivable aging reports for management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research and resolve account discrepancies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the accounting team with daily Accounts Receivable functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Previous office experience, preferably in Accounting or Accounts Receivable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outlook<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Word<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellent attendance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or Finance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience using accounting or ERP software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of basic accounting principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience preparing financial or aging reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monday through Friday<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One-hour lunch break<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 hours per week<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> This position has a <strong>strict attendance policy<\/strong>.
