The successful candidate will communicate with customers, process orders, maintain accurate records, and assist with various office functions in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, able to multitask, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service with a high level of accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Communicate with customers primarily via <strong>email and phone<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter customer orders accurately into the company&#8217;s accounting system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track and maintain purchase reports using Microsoft Excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schedule customer appointments as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide administrative and accounting support to the office team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with customer inquiries and order status updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover responsibilities for team members during absences when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation and records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support daily office operations and perform additional administrative duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Previous office or administrative experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outlook<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Word<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong customer service and communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional attitude with excellent phone and email etiquette.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Previous experience in Customer Service, Administrative Support, or Accounting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience using accounting or ERP software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order entry or data entry experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic knowledge of accounting principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monday through Friday<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One-hour lunch break<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 hours per week<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> This position has a <strong>strict attendance policy<\/strong>.
