The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in inventory management, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform daily cycle counts of Finished Goods (FG), Work in Progress (WIP), and Raw Materials (RAW), ensuring all inventory is counted monthly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate inventory variances and identify root causes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze COGI (Correct Goods Issue) errors and implement corrective and preventive actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with Production and Logistics teams to eliminate recurring inventory discrepancies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify incoming raw material quantities to determine whether variances are supplier-related or internal process issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in planning and executing the annual physical inventory (stocktaking).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze inventory variances identified during stocktaking and lead corrective action initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Audit inbound inventory processes to ensure procedures are being followed consistently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and excess inventory while achieving Days on Hand (DOH) inventory targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support inventory optimization initiatives and material disposition activities as inventory accuracy improves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare inventory reports and provide recommendations for continuous process improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform additional inventory analysis and operational support as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience in Inventory Control, Inventory Analysis, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, or Manufacturing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced attention to detail and accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience working in a manufacturing environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of inventory management principles, cycle counting, and physical inventory processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with inventory reconciliation and root cause analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with KPIs such as Inventory Accuracy, Inventory Turns, and Days on Hand (DOH).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First Shift<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monday through Friday<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Occasional weekends and off-shift work may be required based on business needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compensation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>$65,000 \u2013 $70,000 annually<\/strong>, based on experience and qualifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Join This Company?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing organization where your analytical skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to improving inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall supply chain performance.
