This Temp-to-Hire opportunity is ideal for an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with financial data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a company&#8217;s financial operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer accounts, processing payments, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with collections while collaborating closely with Accounting, Customer Service, and Sales teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Process customer credits accurately within the accounting system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied or misapplied payments, and account issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze customer accounts to ensure accurate balances and timely payment application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and calculate broker commission reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate and maintain Accounts Receivable aging reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with collection activities and follow up on outstanding customer balances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Accounting, Customer Service, and Sales departments to resolve account inquiries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and workflow efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Previous experience in <strong>Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or Finance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bilingual in <strong>English and Spanish<\/strong> (written and verbal).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outlook<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Word<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong mathematical and numerical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reliable, dependable, and committed to excellent attendance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Associate&#8217;s or Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with ERP or accounting software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of accounting principles and Accounts Receivable processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience preparing financial reports and performing account reconciliations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monday \u2013 Friday<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One-hour lunch break<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 hours per week<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compensation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>$25.00 \u2013 $26.00 per hour<\/strong>, depending on experience and qualifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temp-to-Hire opportunity with long-term career potential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Apply?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This position offers the opportunity to join a collaborative and growing organization where your accounting expertise will directly contribute to the company&#8217;s financial success.
