This is not a traditional inventory role\u2014we are looking for a data-driven professional who can leverage advanced Excel skills, identify trends, solve complex inventory challenges, and drive measurable improvements across our supply chain operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ideal candidate combines strong leadership abilities with advanced inventory management expertise and exceptional Excel capabilities, including complex formulas, reporting automation, and data analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Inventory Management &amp; Control<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee daily inventory operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, cycle counts, and physical inventory processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and root causes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain inventory accuracy targets and implement corrective action plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and improve inventory control procedures and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and inventory reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze inventory trends, turnover rates, stock levels, and forecasting data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide actionable insights to leadership regarding inventory performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop automated reporting tools to improve operational visibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP\/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, conditional logic, and data validation techniques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Leadership &amp; Team Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supervise, train, and mentor inventory personnel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish performance standards and ensure accountability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, operations, and leadership teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Must-Have Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3+ years of inventory control, inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience managing large datasets and generating analytical reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to identify process improvements and implement solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Advanced Excel Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candidates should be comfortable using:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pivot Tables &amp; Pivot Charts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>XLOOKUP \/ VLOOKUP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>INDEX-MATCH Functions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IF, Nested IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data Validation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conditional Formatting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power Query<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced Reporting &amp;
