We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Plant Controller to serve as a key business partner to plant leadership. In this role, you will help drive profitability, support strategic decision-making, and ensure financial performance through accurate reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys working closely with operations, leadership teams, and cross-functional departments to improve business results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What You&#8217;ll Do <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Lead monthly financial reporting processes using SAP and Lucanet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Prepare and analyze monthly actual vs. budget and forecast variances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Present financial results and business insights to plant and regional leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Provide recommendations and drive corrective actions to improve performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Budgeting, Forecasting &amp; Planning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Coordinate annual budgets, mid-term planning, and monthly forecasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Manage year-end forecasting, liquidity planning, and bi-weekly sales forecasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Develop meaningful financial analyses and reports to support business decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Present planning results and financial outlooks to management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cost &amp; Manufacturing Controlling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Manage cost center accounting and product costing activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Support production controlling, pricing analysis, cost allocations, and activity-based costing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Monitor key manufacturing and financial KPIs, including Working Capital, PPV, and profitability metrics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Investment &amp; Project Controlling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Support capital investment planning and approval processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Conduct financial evaluations including DCF and capacity analyses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Monitor investment performance and project returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Oversee tooling project controlling and reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Business Partnership &amp;
