Job Overview<\/h2>\n

\n The Distribution Center Supervisor supports warehouse and distribution operations by supervising warehouse associates, \n maximizing efficiency, and ensuring the timely preparation of inventory for scheduled deliveries and pickups. \n This role plays a key part in maintaining organization, safety, and operational excellence across warehouse activities.\n <\/p>\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Provide daily leadership and direction to warehouse team members<\/li>\n
  • Supervise and participate in loading and unloading trucks<\/li>\n
  • Ensure inventory is properly prepared and loaded for events<\/li>\n
  • Execute last-minute updates and communications from sales staff regarding events and jobs<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with Field Operations teams regarding updates and operational needs<\/li>\n
  • Ensure equipment is returned and restocked to proper warehouse locations<\/li>\n
  • Support processing, cleaning, and restocking of rental inventory<\/li>\n
  • Ensure damaged inventory is processed and repaired promptly<\/li>\n
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards<\/li>\n
  • Monitor warehouse associate performance and productivity<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

      • Maintain restocking accuracy and operational efficiency<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

        Work Environment<\/h2>\n

        • Indoor warehouse environment with limited climate control<\/li>\n
        • Occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions<\/li>\n
        • Regular use of safety equipment such as vests, gloves, and hard hats<\/li>\n
        • Exposure to noise and active warehouse conditions<\/li>\n
        • May require more than 40 hours per week based on business needs<\/li>\n
        • On-call availability may be required for last-minute event bookings<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

          Requirements<\/h2>\n
            \n
          • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required<\/li>\n
          • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or delivery operations<\/li>\n
          • Valid Driver\u2019s License with clean driving record<\/li>\n
          • Ability to pass background check, DOT physical, and drug screening<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

            Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n
              \n
            • Associate or Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred<\/li>\n
            • Warehouse management system or rental software experience<\/li>\n
            • Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel experience<\/li>\n
            • Construction or outdoor field work experience<\/li>\n
            • Tent installation experience<\/li>\n
            • Bilingual (Spanish preferred)<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

              Physical Demands<\/h2>\n

              • Ability to lift 20\u201340 lbs consistently and up to 70 lbs occasionally<\/li>\n
              • Frequent standing, walking, and physical activity<\/li>\n
              • Work in close proximity to team members and equipment<\/li>\n
              • Exposure to loud warehouse environments<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n
