\n The Warehouse Lead supports warehouse and distribution operations by supervising staff and maximizing efficiency. \n This role ensures timely preparation of inventory to support scheduled deliveries and pickups for daily orders.\n <\/p>\n\n

Shift Schedule<\/h2>\n

  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM \u2013 1:30 PM<\/li>\n
  • 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM \u2013 9:30 PM<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

    Position Tasks & Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Provide daily direction and support to team members<\/li>\n
    • Supervise and participate in warehouse operations including pulling orders, loading\/unloading trucks, and restocking<\/li>\n
    • Ensure correct items are prepared and loaded for events<\/li>\n
    • Perform spot checks for quality assurance<\/li>\n
    • Support completion of administrative tasks and paperwork<\/li>\n
    • Communicate and execute last-minute updates from sales teams<\/li>\n
    • Oversee return processes and restocking of rental inventory<\/li>\n
    • Maintain cleanliness and safety of inventory, equipment, and workspace<\/li>\n
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and laws<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

        • Oversee loading and unloading of trucks<\/li>\n
        • Ensure checklists are completed accurately by crew members<\/li>\n
        • Supervise timely return and restocking of inventory<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

          Work Environment<\/h2>\n
            \n
          • Warehouse setting with limited climate control<\/li>\n
          • Occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions<\/li>\n
          • Regular use of safety equipment (vests, gloves, etc.)<\/li>\n
          • Exposure to noise and shared workspaces<\/li>\n
          • Workweeks may exceed 40 hours depending on demand<\/li>\n
          • Availability may be required across all days of the week<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

            Requirements<\/h2>\n
              \n
            • At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in warehouse or delivery roles<\/li>\n
            • Valid driver\u2019s license with clean driving record<\/li>\n
            • Ability to pass background check, DOT physical, and drug screening<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

              Preferred Experience<\/h2>\n
                \n
              • Experience with warehouse management or rental software systems<\/li>\n
              • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel<\/li>\n
              • Warehouse or distribution experience<\/li>\n
              • Bilingual (Spanish preferred)<\/li>\n
              • Forklift and warehouse equipment experience<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                Physical Demands<\/h2>\n
                  \n
                • Frequent standing for extended periods<\/li>\n
                • Regular lifting of 20\u201340 lbs; occasional lifting up to 70 lbs<\/li>\n
                • Work in close proximity to others and in shared spaces<\/li>\n
                • Exposure to noise and varying environmental conditions<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n
