\n The Sales Project Manager plays a key role in managing and executing high-volume, multi-location projects. \n This role is responsible for coordinating vendor and client communications, overseeing timelines, and ensuring \n operational excellence from planning through completion.\n <\/p>\n

\n This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.\n <\/p>\n\n

Essential Functions<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and vendors, ensuring seamless project execution<\/li>\n
  • Source and vet vendors, obtain quotes, verify pricing, and negotiate rates within guidelines<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate records and timely data input across multiple platforms<\/li>\n
  • Monitor project milestones and adjust timelines as needed<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with internal teams including operations, sales, finance, and logistics<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

      Supervisory Responsibilities<\/h2>\n

      \n This position does not supervise staff but works closely with internal teams and external vendors.\n <\/p>\n\n

      • Primarily indoor\/office setting<\/li>\n
      • Frequent interaction with clients via phone or in person<\/li>\n
      • May work in shared office spaces<\/li>\n
      • Standard 40-hour workweek; additional hours may be required<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

          Required Education and Experience<\/h2>\n

          • High School diploma or equivalent<\/li>\n
          • Strong sales and customer relationship skills<\/li>\n
          • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel<\/li>\n
          • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and digital)<\/li>\n
          • Detail-oriented with financial accuracy (invoices, pricing)<\/li>\n
          • Reliable with strong follow-through<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

            Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n

            • Associate\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/li>\n
            • Experience with large-scale, multi-site projects<\/li>\n
            • Ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

              Occasional travel to job sites and conferences may be required.<\/p>\n\n
