Position Overview<\/h3>\n

\n We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity. \n This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department, \n improving processes, developing team members, and driving exceptional customer satisfaction.\n <\/p>\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Develop and implement customer service procedures, policies, and standards.<\/li>\n
  • Direct daily operations of the customer service team.<\/li>\n
  • Plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks to ensure efficient department performance.<\/li>\n
  • Review, track, and resolve customer complaints while compiling accurate reports.<\/li>\n
  • Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.<\/li>\n
  • Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.<\/li>\n
  • Act as a liaison between the customer service department and company management.<\/li>\n
  • Communicate effectively across all areas of the organization.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate and manage customer service initiatives and projects.<\/li>\n
  • Recruit, interview, and hire new team members.<\/li>\n
  • Mentor and develop staff to foster a positive and high-performing environment.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n
  • Identify training needs and deliver staff development programs.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews.<\/li>\n
  • Drive departmental KPIs and overall team performance.<\/li>\n
  • Improve the overall customer experience to promote long-term growth.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

    Qualifications<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Minimum of 2 years of customer service or account management experience.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in a direct customer-facing role.<\/li>\n
    • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills with staff and upper management.<\/li>\n
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to identify process gaps and proactively implement improvements.<\/li>\n
    • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n
    • Understanding of manufacturing processes preferred.<\/li>\n
    • Specific product knowledge is a plus.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

      Work Environment<\/h3>\n

      \n Office environment requiring extended periods of sitting at a computer terminal, \n as well as occasional walking and standing.\n <\/p>\n\n
